PRINCIPAL

Develops the overall strategic vision for Moor End MAT and the schools

Approves the individual Academy strategic plans

Reviews self-evaluation and provides challenge when required

Is responsible for implementing the Boards’ strategic vision

Provides professional support and encouragement to the academy in developing and implementing its strategic plan and self evaluation

Is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Boards’ strategic vision as it applies to the school

Together with the Principal is responsible for developing the academy’s 5 year Strategic Plan for approval by the Trust Board

Together with the Principal oversees the development and regular updating of the Academy’s annual plan

Acting as a critical friend when scrutinising the self-evaluation

Together with the LGB is responsible for developing the Academy’s 5 year Strategic Plan for approval by the Trust Board

Together with the LGB is responsible for developing the Academy’s annual Improvement / Development Plan

Is responsible for implementing the 5 year strategic plan and the Academy’s annual plan

Responsible for writing the annual self-evaluation
